Most professional service firms are invisible because they lack clear positioning, consistent visibility, and a system to capture leads. We give you all three—so you become the firm your ideal clients see everywhere and choose first.
Our Process
The eLuminate Effect™ is our proven 3-phase system that makes you the firm your ideal clients see everywhere—and choose first. We establish your positioning, elevate your visibility across every channel, and and expand your reach by turning engagement into warm, nurtured leads who are pre-sold before they ever call.
ESTABLISH
Before we create a single post or send a single email, we identify your ideal client, uncover what makes you different, and craft messaging that speaks directly to their pain points.
What You Get:
The Result: Crystal-clear positioning that makes you the ONLY choice for your ideal client.
ELEVATE
Your ideal clients need 7-13 touchpoints before they trust you enough to call. We make sure you’re present at every touchpoint with strategic, problem-focused content.
What You Get:
The Result: Your ideal clients see you everywhere and think, “This firm really gets me.”
EXPAND
People are seeing your content, but they’re not calling yet. We give them valuable resources in exchange for their contact info, then stay in touch until they’re ready to hire.
What You Get:
The Result: A growing pipeline of qualified leads who know, like, and trust you—so when they’re ready to hire (or refer someone), you’re the first firm they call.

The honest answer: It depends on which tier you choose and what you mean by “results.”
We’re not posting yet—we’re building your strategic foundation. This includes understanding your business, identifying your most profitable client type (SuperConsumer), uncovering what makes you different, and researching what your ideal clients actually care about. We also establish approval workflows and monthly meeting rhythms during this phase.
Why this matters: Without this foundation, we’d just be creating content for content’s sake. This strategic work is what separates effective marketing from noise.
We typically start posting around week 3.
If you choose Elevate (brand visibility only):
If you choose Elevate & Expand (brand visibility + lead generation):
Important clarification on “leads”: When we say “leads,” that doesn’t always mean someone ready to jump on a sales call immediately. Some of these people download your lead magnet (a guide, checklist, or resource) because they want more information—they’re researching, not buying yet. Others may be much closer to hiring. Both are valuable. The first group enters your nurture system so you stay top-of-mind until they’re ready. The second group goes to your sales process right away.
Here’s what I’ve learned after 11 years: only 3% of your potential clients are ready to hire you right now. The other 97% either don’t realize they have a problem yet, or they’re still researching solutions.
Marketing isn’t about immediately converting that 3%—it’s about nurturing the 97% so when they ARE ready (in 3 months, 6 months, a year), you’re the first firm they think of.
Research shows people need 10-30 touchpoints with your brand before taking action. There’s no silver bullet.
If you need leads this month, we’re probably not the right fit—you need a different strategy (direct outreach, paid search, events). If you’re building a sustainable marketing system that generates consistent visibility and a growing pipeline over time, that’s exactly what we do.
From contract signature to your first post going live: 3-4 weeks.
Here’s exactly what happens during that time:
We schedule a one-hour digital meeting where we ask detailed questions about your firm—your ideal clients, what makes you different, your goals, and what’s worked (or hasn’t) in the past. It’s a working session where we gather everything we need to build your marketing foundation.
We take everything from that strategy session and create your strategic marketing foundation, we call it the Establish Deck—your SuperConsumer profile, unique differentiator, messaging framework, and your first batch of content ideas. Two weeks after our initial meeting, we present this deck to you, get your feedback, and make any necessary edits.
Once the strategy is approved, we need access to your digital marketing channels (social media accounts, email marketing platform, Google Analytics if you want performance tracking). We also finalize your first content posts and get your approval.
Your first posts go live around week 3-4, depending on how quickly we can complete approvals and gain access to your accounts.
We could start posting faster, but it would be generic content that doesn’t reflect your unique positioning. The foundation work ensures every post, email, and ad is strategic—not just filling a content calendar.
If you have an urgent deadline (event, rebrand, etc.), let us know upfront. We can sometimes compress the timeline, but we won’t skip the strategic foundation—it’s what makes everything else work.
Month-to-month. No long-term lock-in.
Here’s exactly how it works:
We use a one-page credit card authorization form that gives us permission to charge your card monthly. That’s it—no 40-page legal document.
We ask for 30 days’ notice before canceling.
Why 30 days? We work a month ahead on content creation, approvals, and scheduling. The 30-day notice ensures we’re not creating content for a client who’s already decided to leave, and it gives you a clean off-ramp without wasting anyone’s time or money.
You’re not locked in for 6 months, 12 months, or any minimum term. If it’s not working, you can leave. We’d rather earn your business every month than trap you in a contract.
Frankly, if we’re not delivering value, you shouldn’t be forced to stay. And if we are delivering value, you won’t want to leave. Long-term contracts protect agencies, not clients.
That said, marketing takes time to work (see our answer about 90-day expectations). If you’re the type who needs to see immediate ROI in 30 days or you’ll bail, we’re probably not the right fit. But if you’re committed to building a sustainable system and want the flexibility to leave if we’re not holding up our end, this structure works well.
Yes—ad spend is separate from our monthly fee.
Here’s exactly how it works:
Advertising costs. You pay the ad platforms directly (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, AdRoll for display ads, etc.). We don’t touch that money—it goes straight from you to the platform.
It depends on your goals:
We’ll recommend a specific budget based on your market, competition, and goals before we launch anything—no surprises.
We will not go over your approved ad budget. If you approve $1,000/month, that’s the cap. We manage the campaigns within that budget.
Many agencies charge 10-20% of your ad budget as a management fee. We don’t. If you spend $2,000/month on ads, you pay $2,000 to the ad platforms—not $2,000 + another $400 to us.
Our monthly fee covers ad strategy, creative development, targeting, optimization, and reporting. The actual ad spend is between you and the platform.
Nothing, unless you request something outside the scope of your tier (e.g., a one-off website redesign, a custom video shoot beyond what’s included, etc.). If something will cost extra, we’ll tell you upfront and get approval before doing the work.
Transparency. You should know exactly what you’re paying us versus what you’re paying ad platforms. And you should never feel like we’re inflating ad budgets to increase our cut—because we don’t take a cut.
Yes—you’ll have one dedicated account manager as your primary point of contact.
Here’s how our team structure works:
Your account manager will be someone who has worked with us for years—most have been with eLuminate Marketing for 3+ years. They’re based in the United States and have extensive backgrounds in marketing, content creation, and project management.
Your account manager is your day-to-day contact. They’ll typically provide their cell number and communicate via text or email—whatever you prefer.
We schedule monthly strategy meetings as part of every package. But realistically? We communicate more often than that. Quick approvals, feedback on content, campaign updates—it’s ongoing, not just once a month.
You can always reach me (Lyndsi) if needed. Your account manager handles day-to-day execution, but I stay involved in strategy, major decisions, and any issues that need escalation.
You’re not getting a revolving door of different people working on your account every month. You’re building a relationship with someone who learns your business, your voice, and your preferences over time. That consistency is what makes the content feel like you, not a generic agency churn.
The honest answer: More upfront, less ongoing—but you’ll never be completely hands-off.
Here’s what to expect:
The beginning of our relationship requires more from you because we’re learning your business. This includes:
Pro tip: If you have an admin or marketing coordinator, they can handle most of the account access and asset gathering, which takes a lot off your plate.
Once we’re up and running, here’s your monthly commitment:
Monthly meeting (30 minutes): We review performance, discuss content for the next month, and align on strategy.
3-5 pieces of “homework” per month: We create 99% of your content, but some pieces need to come from you to stay authentic. Examples:
We’ll provide tools and suggestions to make this as easy as possible—no fancy equipment, no heavy lifting. Just quick, real, authentic content that sounds like you.
We’re firm believers in authentic, real content. Stock photos and generic captions don’t build trust—you do. Your voice, your face, your insights. That’s what makes prospects say, “This firm gets it.”
Could we create everything without you? Sure. But it would feel like every other agency’s work—polished and empty. The few minutes you invest each month is what makes your marketing actually yours.
We’ll hold you accountable. Expect email and text reminders about what we need from you. Not to be annoying—but because your content calendar depends on it, and we’d rather bug you than let your marketing go stale.
If you’re looking for 100% hands-off marketing where you never have to think about it, we’re not the right fit. But if you’re willing to invest 30 minutes a month + a few quick pieces of content, we’ll handle everything else and make you look great doing it.
We fix it.
Here’s how we handle this:
This is why we spend weeks on the Establish phase before posting anything. During the strategy session, we dig deep to understand you, your business, your voice, and your goals. And when we present your Establish deck, we show you sample posts so you can see the look, feel, and direction before we go live.
This is your opportunity for honest feedback. If something feels off—the tone is too formal, too casual, doesn’t sound like you, misses the mark—tell us. We’d rather hear it now and pivot than post content you’re not proud of.
It happens. You’re the expert on your business, and sometimes we don’t nail it on the first try. That’s normal, especially in the first 1-2 months as we’re learning your preferences.
Here’s what we do:
We don’t post anything you’re not comfortable with. Period.
Honest, specific feedback. “I don’t like this” doesn’t help us improve. But “This feels too salesy” or “This doesn’t sound like how I talk to clients” or “This topic isn’t relevant to my audience”—that’s actionable, and we can fix it fast.
The faster you give us feedback (especially in the first 60 days), the faster we learn your preferences and the less back-and-forth we need down the road.
If after multiple rounds of feedback and revisions we’re still not aligned, that’s a sign we might not be the right fit. We’d rather acknowledge that early and part ways professionally than waste your time and money on content that doesn’t feel right.
Remember: We’re month-to-month. If it’s not working, you’re not trapped.
Content creation is collaborative. We bring strategy, execution, and marketing expertise. You bring knowledge of your business and audience. The best results happen when both sides communicate openly. If you’re not happy, we want to know—and we’ll make it right.
It depends on your goals—because “success” means different things to different firms.
Here’s how we approach measurement:
Before we create any content, we need to be honest and upfront about what you’re looking to achieve.
If your goal is brand visibility, thought leadership, and engagement:
We’ll track metrics like impressions (how many people see your content), engagement (likes, comments, shares), and follower growth. This tells us if you’re becoming more visible and if your content resonates.
If your goal is lead generation:
We’ll track lead magnet downloads, website clicks, form submissions, lead ad conversions, and cost per lead. This tells us if we’re filling your pipeline with contact information.
We measure what matters to your business—not vanity metrics that look good but don’t move the needle.
We create a custom Google Sheets dashboard that tracks your key metrics month-over-month. This shows you:
During your monthly meeting, we walk through your metrics together. We don’t just dump numbers on you—we explain what they mean, what’s working, what’s not, and what we’re doing about it.
While we have 11 years of experience and know what typically works, every business and audience is different. We’ll need to A/B test content types, messaging, ad creative, and offers to learn what resonates with your specific audience.
Some things will work immediately. Others won’t. That’s normal. The key is tracking data, learning fast, and optimizing based on what we see.
This depends on your tier and starting point, but here are general benchmarks:
Elevate (brand visibility):
Elevate & Expand (lead generation):
We don’t track revenue or closed deals—that’s on your sales process. We can track how many leads we generate and how engaged they are, but what happens after they enter your pipeline is up to you.
If you’re not following up on leads, not tracking where clients came from, or not closing sales conversations—no amount of marketing will show ROI. Measurement is a two-way street.
We’re data-driven, but we’re also realistic. Marketing isn’t an exact science. We measure what matters, report transparently, and optimize constantly. If something’s not working after 60-90 days, we’ll tell you and recommend a different approach—or be honest if we’re not the right fit to solve your problem.
